Booking Policy

CANCELLATION
-24 hour cancellation notice required or full payment is due
- Failing to show up for your booking will result in full payment

EQUIPMENT
- The customer is responsible for ensuring proper use of Rhona's equipment
- PA system to be used for VOCALS ONLY. Instruments must not be played through the PA
- No equipment is to be swapped/moved rooms without consent. No equipment is to be taken off site
- Misuse of equipment will require reimbursement
- Any faults with equipment must be reported to staff immediately. Replacements will be provided if required

USE OF SPACES
- Please leave the room set up as you found it
- Please put rubbish in the bins provided
- No smoking cigarettes/E-cigarettes in the rooms at any time
- Turn off or unplug any electronics when you leave
- Please respect the shared public spaces
- Please park considerately to maximise space and accessibility
